What am I on the Political Field?

What am I on the Political Field?
I've gone through a series of political ideology changes, nothing drastic. What am I? I can't find a name to group myself into.

Here are some important things about my thought process;

As far as government regulation goes on business I have a few rules; a business should not harm workers or customers, as well as bystanders. A business must pay a minimum wage to meet necessary living standards (no wage slavery allowed). A business must not create a dangerous environment in the community that it operates in as well as foreign communities.

As far as taxation goes; the more you make the more you pay. This rule must never exceed a reasonable amount and this amount can be settled by democratic means; the people know what they need. No tax loop holes should be allowed to bypass the system!

Concerning human rights? The government should never restrict. As long as you do not impose in a negative way onto others what, you're doing is okay. Law should protect rights.

With regard to the jailing system? Minimize criminal numbers by legalizing "harmless" drugs to ease the burden on the tax system. Also jails must become education and rehabilitation centers. Criminals should exit jails to become decent members of society or they will be more inclined to do crime again.

Speaking of the education system; there is nothing more important to a democracy than a public education system of the highest quality. Ignorance is poisonous and contagious.

Moving on to military spending; I'd prefer a high defense spending (not an unreasonable amount... ahem, USA) with less of a focus on offensive military spending. For example; build high quality AM's not tons of missiles. Also, soldiers should have perks as they currently have, such as life insurance payed by the government.

If you need me to tell you more, let me know. Smile NOW LABEL ME!!!

Haha. I've always identifies as such. I guess people never really change that much after all. Thanks for reading, though.

I like your views on most things, particularly the jailing system.
I too think that you're rather centre-left.

Regarding your positions on education / rehabilitation in prisons...

I'm totally on board with the concept - provided that those that don't commit crimes have the same access to education and substance abuse / mental health rehabilitation. Also that there needs to be a recognition that some are beyond rehabilitation.

What should we do with those who can't be rehabilitated?

I think it should be dependent upon their crime(s).

I don't want this to turn into a death penalty thing, and anyway, I've been thinking about stuff like making them learn trades that can be done on a secure premises, and benefit society in some way. Make them work on military/government vehicles, or something like farming and growing food to be distributed among the needy.

They will be paid wages, of course.

At the risk of further detailing the thread...

It is a difficult question - clearly there are those that cannot be released amongst the general population. We have to consider that there are limits to trust in such people (and by extension, what work they could be allowed to do). Forced labor shouldn't be an option - but should they want to and are trustworthy, then they should have that opportunity.
