If you mention jury nullification they will dump you so fast it will make your head spin. If you plan on going that route, keep it quiet during the selection process. There is actually a great example of exactly that on the blog you linked http://www.theweedblog.com/montana-jury-...about-pot/

Now I am a felon with no citizen rights because of the marijuana laws. If I were on a jury for marijuana you can bet your sweet ass I would do what it took to undermine the system as much as possible...but they will not allow me jurry duty.
That's rough, Rev. I can't believe a fucking plant can cause so much stupidity. I could understand if they had gotten a tip you had a meth lab. That is a public health and safety hazard. A grow operation is nothing more than a garden.

The job of the jury is not only to decide the guilt of a suspect (a judge can do that), but to interpret the law and actually decide if the person even committed a crime. It has been construed that we are to only pick guilty or not guilty when in fact we are suppose to interpret the law as citizens and decide if it is just. Money has also ruined our justice system, if you can "pay" for guilt or innocence then where is the real justice in that.
