Yeah I agree. After all have you seen my post (sourcekeptics annotated bible) about the evils of Jesus in the bible? I'd like to see what more people think of this. Its in the religion forum here.

I'd like to know how *anybody* knows that God is even a man, since nobody apparently ever saw his face. Would your local priest have any problem with referring to God as "she" in his next sermon?

I have no idea where the churches or local priests are where I live.
So I really have no idea.
I don't care whether God is a he or not, because like I've heard Dawkins say, I think perhaps quoting someone else, perhaps not, and I'm paraphrasing here: "I don't think whether a God is male or female really matters - if it doesn't exist."

I agree its totally irrelevant in scientific truth, if god exists he's just as likely to be a he or a she or the FSM.
So it is irrelevant.
