That, my short haired friend, is a very silly question :S

Ok, can the formats it can process output at the right frame rate to produce 3D images on suitable 3d telly.

That better.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Why?

Basically it's because I know nothing about Mac or Linux only ever having used a PC and an Amiga. It may be possible, who knows, but I'd need a Mac or a Linux system to try. How easy is it to convert Delphi code to Linux or Mac?

And as the vast majority of systems are Windows based it's really not a priority at the moment.

But it's a good question non the less..

RE: Hypercube
Well apparently there are Delphi compilers for Linux and OS X.

You can easily get a Linux system by installing a virtual machine: http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/virtualbox

RE: Hypercube
In case you didn't see it, I updated my post to include a link to a tutorial for installing Linux within Windows (using VirtualBox).
Also, I can test out any binaries if you manage to get an OS X compiler working.

RE: Hypercube
How does it handle de-synced video/audio feeds? Or de-synced video/subtitle feeds? I've not seen a video player yet where correcting that isn't an annoyingly difficult / confusing task.

RE: Hypercube
I have a good idea for this:

Current video players tend to do it "live", that is, if the audio is de-synced, you have to play the video and press certain keys in order to shift the audio to match the video. What I think would be better is if you allowed the user to select a portion of video (say, 10 seconds), and then have that play on a loop, with the user shifting the audio until it matched.

The benefit is that you could select someone saying a certain word, and then match up the audio for that word, rather than have to constantly match changing dialogue.
