RE: Post number 1
You're right, it probably isn't the forum for me.

I've no interest in christianity, islam or talking to any of the deluded fuckwits to be brutally honest (could you tell?)

I thought it'd be good to hang out with like minded atheists, what with it being an atheist forum, but clearly I'm in a minority so I guess my search for a suitable home goes on.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

You can still do that here. I don't want you to leave, I've liked having you around. :'(

Grow some balls and stay or as Betty White would say...

You don't have to enter these threads in the first place, or respond if you click on them accidentally. Why people don't seem to have any self control these days is beyond me.

If you want to hang out with atheists, put all the religious people on ignore, and go hang out in the Atheism forum.

Oh please with the goddamn fucking "if you have any questions feel free to ask me" bullshit again! Pardon my language, but I'm so tired of Christians coming here thinking we have no idea about what Christianity is all about. Crap, I'd been one for the first 30 years of my life, so I think I know Christianity inside and out. And if I really did have any questions, I'd seek out a Christian forum or some Christians in real life and go ask them.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

To be fair, although I said that I have no interest in talking about christianity, islam, and have no interest in talking to theists, I should have perhaps added that I like mocking them for their ridiculous statements.

I may well put certain people on ignore, that seems a reasonable suggestion.

Then you should have went to a christian forum...they apparently do not find it clear that Christianity is based on myth like we atheists do.

By all means mock their beliefs, but please don't mock the actual people behind them. Everyone here had at some point in their life believed something that they've later come to regret. It's much better to attack their position logically and make them see the error of their belief than to mock them as a person.

Didnt you know tom? The header migh say "atheist forums" to you, but to a devout cultist and mythology believer that very same header says "Christians, please save us. We are desperate to know Christ".

Again a fair point, but it gets hard to mock their beliefs without turning on the person - once they've refused logic and kept quoting the bible as evidence for one example. The trouble is if you step back and ignore them from that point where logic is rejected and it turns to ridicule, they think they won and you had no answer!
