Yeah, but people don't get bothered by it. Which I understand since people understand english. It's strange that american, englismen and so on isn't concidered to be foreigners. Apperantl do you need to come from a cultural diffrent country or look like an arab to be concidered to be foreigner.
English speakers don't have the same demands on learning culture and language as other foreigners, which is very unfair. They also have alot easier to become a citizen. I think they should be treated the same way as others. It's very obvious that immigrants from countries which resmeble Sweden cultural get it alot easier. Think the goverment need to do better job when it comes t that.

I'm fluent in Romanian and English, i also know a bit of French and German.
Personally, it's not God I dislike, it's his fan club I can't stand.

Rent Finnish movies with subtitles. Subtitles can get it wrong every now and again, but it is how I learnt German.

Besides learning the language(which is very very hard to do) will you probably also learn how to get depressed.
