Multi Language Subtitle Files

OK.. I've sorted out my code to read and display *.srt subtitle files but what I really need now is an example of a multi-language *.sub file.

I've been looking for ages on google with very little success (I can find normal *.sub files no problem) and so I'm hoping someone here knows of or even has such a file that I can investigate.

Also, I'm assuming that there is no such thing as a multi-language *.srt file.

A load of .mkv (matroska) format movies have them built in.
