1.  Continuing to flog his book series after being told not to do so.

2.  Moving a link from his signature to his bio to circumvent the 30/30 rule after having been told he was in violation.

3.  Spamming by posting large chunks of his 'blockbuster screenplays' in various threads, after having been told (you guessed it) not to do that.

Some people just can't take a hint.
