Edited the forum software to disallow disabling private messages and re-enabled the disabled ones to ensure Staff->Member and Member->Member communication remains unhindered.

If you feel you are being harassed over Private Messaging, forward it to a staff member for prompt resolution.

Why the MyBB developers never made this simple change an option eludes me...

The code wasn't terribly hard to grok.
