Nice...Mine is new because my other screen died for some reason so I haven't organised it (some of the programs are just there by default despite the fact I don't use it on my screen...e.g like zoo tycoon...)

I'm not gonna tidy up for you though because that kind of defeats the objective I think!!

That's pretty cool.

I have XP as well at the moment but made it look and behave like Windows7 using the Seven Transformation Pack which I must admit is really cool.

It even has the Windows Vista/7 cycle windows feature..

I actually have Vista not XP though.

Here's my desktop on my laptop. It actually has 6 desktops I can switch to (bottom left) but they are only used for easy access to programs.
