Nakedness sounds good, but just be careful closing the register after you've signed it, Zen. I've seen those books, and the image of a flat worm springs to mind.

Well gringo, feel privileged that we announced this move on AF.org.

We are YET to mention this to any family. And SHOULD there be ANY ceremony pics WILL be uploaded!! Tongue

I'm really not one for a fuss and neither is Zen.

No Tiberius. You are the one with the "attitude", you are the one that launched into the "govt. benefits",and you are the one who took the wrong attitude to a simple fiscal manoeuvring.

Now the question remains .."How do we ACTUALLY GO ABOUT THIS"?

I am in favour of the Betazoid method...ALL participants turn up Naked!

Thoughts?

I know I don't know you but congratulations all the same. My suggestion? Have a 'bigotted' ceremony where you invite a whole bunch of intolerant people, challenge their fundamental misconceptions and then pelt them with eggs & flour.

No, I asked a question. You jumped down my throat. I've apologised for coming to an invalid conclusion, but I don't think it was unjustifiable given your wording in the thread. I've already wished you all the best, I do so again. I don't wish to continue this conversation further.

Now apparently you're getting married to exploit some silly government benefits. I don't support that at all. If I ever get married, I'll do it for love and no other reason.

Well, me and my wife kind've been joking around about getting a divorce, as it would be better for us tax-wise, plus if we made a baby she would get more benefits from being a "single" mom.

Anyway, congratz Kichi and Zen Big Grin

I.e the house would automatically pass to her. As it stands she has no legal entitlement to it.

That's as perfect a reason as any. I've spoken to my girlfriend about this and we, both being atheists, saw little reason to go through any ceremonies as such. We're going to sign on the dotted line for exactly this reason, security of estate if the worst were to happen to either of us. It'll be us, 4 parents and no guests!

Good luck to you. Smile
