Actually, it was not a straw man, although it might be somewhat convoluted. In essence, I challenged your Plead for special consideration for your (not uncommon) emotional response by asserting a (also not uncommon but in this case intention) logical flaw on my part call for comparable special consideration.

Why would anyone especially hunt a fox anyways?
Besides, skinning a fox is like hell..Their carcasses stink so much, that I was about to throw up the last time I skinned one.
