Can you say please what was the last research for end of the earth.

If you can begin with such an ode to intellectual corruption as to claim "fact" is god, how can you credibly claim to seek honest research?

When will the world end? I understand our sun will die in 4 billion years or so. I'd be amazed if homo sapiens survived even 1% of that time.

Of course the question is only of mild academic interest to me: I'll be dead within a couple of decades,so am indifferent to the fate of the earth after that time.
