MK2 was fantastic just for Reptile and Baraka.

Mortal Kombat ... hehe, that was like so long ago ... I remember playing that on an old computer of one of my uncle's.

But, my favorite fighting games are Street Fighter and Tekken (even though I suck at them).

We played those two at the same time, but MK out. If it was just me maybe those two would have done better. I did play Tekken on the PS2 a lot Smile

Mortal Kombat was a game you really had to play at the arcade. None of the ports were ever really done right.

Hmm, I didn't know that. I never played in the arcade, though. I was not that much into games.

In Tekken 2 my favorite character was Lei Wulong. I loved all the different stances he had. It was fun to turn my back to my opponent and then do backflips into them. It was also great fun to lay down then wait 'till they were close and do a double leg attack right into their face!

Turning your back to your opponent was never as fun as it was with Yoshimitsu.

If you know his moves then you'll know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, back to MK, I actually loved MK Deception, playing through as Shujinko and learning all the moves of the other fighters. The story mode in that game was fucking cool, and it got you into the back stories of a lot of the characters.

I liked Lei Wulong also. I think that some of his moves were taken from some of Jackie Chan's older movies.

And Forest Law is an imitation of Bruce Lee. Big Grin
