I seriously doubt the real James Holmes would have committed this crime. He looks like a nice kid. I think they intentionally picked him to carry it out to make it obvious he was mind-controlled. My guess is he was willingly going along with a college neuro-experiment, in which they were dabbling with pineal glandular consciousness transference of which he had no idea that his body would be used to kill. Poor kid. My heart out to him.

What do they get out of mind controlling a guy to kill people at a screening of The Dark Knight Rises?
