In case you missed this at the RNC...

Surely, Divi Tiberio, you don't think that republicunts want "choice" in anything, do you?
I was a bit surprised that Boehner took the vote with "aye" or "nay." I'd have expected "Ja" or "Nein."
Well, that's pretty much what I would have expected from that joke of a process. Although, I think their arrogance may be their undoing.

Wow, just fucking wow. Great find, T. What happened to the party? They become more unreal and less Republican by the day. Its weird, these same republicans appear to promote the socialism for the one percent and capitalism for the rest. Now they've moved on to democracy for some, but not within our ranks. How odd.
Scumbags.
Nemo me impune lacessit.
That really is the end of democracy.
Perhaps the US didn't get close enough last time, lets see what happens.
The more I learn about America the more frightened I get.

What happened to the Republican party?? I may have disagreed with the neo-cons but even they at least had some semblance of intelligence. Now the republican party campaigns on the sole platform of "do the opposite of what the democrats are doing." They're a bunch of contrarians. And now according to polls I've been reading, Mitt Romney is actually doing better than Obama.
A fucking terrifying thought, that. (September 1, 2012 at 7:52 am)Tempus Wrote: The more I learn about America the more frightened I get. I wanna know what the fuck HAPPENED to us! This country is going to shit! Evangelism is at an all-time high, education at an all-time low, employment numbers are the second worst they've ever been, the cost of living is way the hell up, and yet PEOPLE ARE STILL SUPPORTING THE POLICIES AND GROUPS CAUSING ALL THESE PROBLEMS! What the fuck?! Stupidity is self-destructive but god-dammit we have our fingers on the Red Button! We can't AFFORD to self-destruct cuz if we do we're taking the entire world with us! So yeah, you being frightened? Believe you me; I completely understand. I imagine from you guys' perspective, it's like watching a man with a suicide vest getting more and more belligerent rather than calming down.
I just wish some first world country would send election observers to vouchsafe our elections. Oh when will we enjoy an American spring to usher democracy into our failed state? [/overly dramatic]
