17.8 lies per week

17.8 lies per week
Apparently, Mitt has lied more than any candidate ever.

Mitt Romney tells 533 lies in 30 weeks.

At what point does a ® say, "You know, we might just have our self a really bad candidate this cycle."

17.8 lies a day of which people are aware.

That's pretty good. The average human being lies roughly once every ten minutes, and we all know Mitt is nothing if not extremely average. Angel Cloud

When the Democrats give them some worthy competition. With someone like Romney, it is pathetically sad that the race is even close.

Actually Nixon and Reagan were pretty good at foreign affairs. Without Reagan, our current tax system would fail....people paint him as a conservative, but he really was more of a socialist.

I know, I know, never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity, but it's almost like they wanted to throw this one...

Didn't Reagan deregulate the banks.

Quote:“This bill is the most important legislation for financial institutions in the last 50 years. It provides a long-term solution for troubled thrift institutions. ... All in all, I think we hit the jackpot.” So declared Ronald Reagan in 1982, as he signed the Garn-St. Germain Depository Institutions Act."

He was, as it happened, wrong about solving the problems of the thrifts. On the contrary, the bill turned the modest-sized troubles of savings-and-loan institutions into an utter catastrophe. But he was right about the legislation’s significance. And as for that jackpot — well, it finally came more than 25 years later, in the form of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.

Yeah it is quite sad, says a lot about the intelligence levels in your country that a man like Mitt Romney is even considered.
