Have you ever seen a scrotum? Not exactly the smoothest of surfaces. Now imagine trying to shave that with a razor for a moment;

This isn't like who wants to be a millionaire. You can't phone a friend or walk away half way through.
The results vary from success and you have to do the same thing again next month or failure which can vary from a horrible nick on the most sensitive part of your body or having to go down to hospital to reattach one of your testicles with your doctor going "Been shaving your bollocks again I see."

What? Of course it isn't.
Imagine trying to shave a hairy bag of bumpy elbow skin containing your most vital and sensitive reproductive organs thats attatched to you without nicking it.
Thats not just perilous, thats impossible. Theres no way you could shave that without at the very least getting a severe rash.
It'd have to be waxed.
