The cool kids. Oh, what, you weren't invited?
They were far from cool. I think they also only did it for one year before realizing how lame it made them look.

I used to play it in the middle of class with some uber geeks in front of everyone. We got laughed at, and snide comments were made behind our backs just loudly enough that we would hear them. It didn't bother me a bit. The people saying stuff were all fucking morons, and it's really hard to give a shit about what fucking morons say(except for when morons invade my sanctuary).

People who shame others for their passions are the ones who are lame, I think

I have this hilarious Christian book-pamphlet called Why So Many Gods?, which lists Magic: The Gathering as one of many "occult religions" competing with Protestant Christianity.

Give me a white deck, and you've got a player.
White black, if we're being specific. Hehehe.... Yin Yang.

Never shamed them, just ignored them.

I just picked up a Deck Builder's Toolkit. I'm sad because there isn't a Return to Ravnica booster in it, but I bought duel decks with a lot of RTR. I saw my first Fat Pack, too. So much want. I'm excited because with the toolkit, I got my first card stoage box. :3 Now I've got to sort these out by color! I'm going to try and make a red-white deck. I call it "give and take". Lol

I'm too poor to let it get too out of hand. Plus Hovik has plenty of old cards for me to get familiar with and use.

I finally made the red-white deck. It needs more play testing, but I like it so far!
Also: Magic online?!?!?!
