I know....I know.... it was the Invisible Hand of the Market that did it!
I think it was pretty stupid using a picture of a naked child taking a bath in dirty water. Whether it is pornographic or not is beside the point. When you use an image like that, you give ammunition to opponents to at least suggest the possibility of pedophilia and also definitely lose the evidence.

One could argue that seeing the picture as pornographic would be a tell tail sign that the accuser is a pedophile.
Live every day as if already dead, that way you're not disappointed when you are.
Doesn't this qualify as a spontaneous utterance from the accusers?
