Seen Django jet???
So Django is about to be released in cinemas here, and I cant wait to see it, although I would rather see it in it`s english original.

So there is an article in a journal this week, which says that the films portrail of two gunslingers hunting down slavetraders and slave owners in the south has caused outcry within the republican party.

Is that true?

I cant believe someone would be so stupid to be honest.

I dont have the journal jet, but the preview on their homepage says:

Quote:In seinem neuen Film „Django Unchained“ mit Leonardo DiCaprio und Jamie Foxx schickt Regisseur Quentin Tarantino zwei Revolverhelden in die amerikanischen Südstaaten und lässt sie mit Plantagenbesitzern und Sklavenhändlern abrechnen. Vor allem konservative Republikaner in den USA sind empört.

=

"In his new Film "Django Unchained", with Leonardo DiCaprio and Jamie Foxx, director Quentin Tarantino sends two gunslingers into the american southern states and let`s them deal with plantation owners and slave traders, Especialy conservative republicans in the US are outraged."

I will buy the journal tomorrow and check their sources.

Both sides are pissed over it. Republicans claim that the movie's message is "Kill all white people!" and there are civil rights advocates who hate the movie because they use 'the n-word' too much.

Me, I saw it, I liked it. If you're going to go out of you way to get upset over things, yeah, I can see how it would piss you off. If you go to the movie to enjoy a movie, especially if you're already familiar enough with Tarenteno to know what his movie is going to be like, you'll enjoy it.

Yeah I've heard a bit about how they over-use the N word. Not like Jay Z has ever done that.

Can't wait to see it, I think Tarantino is a god.

Just the thought of a black man with a gun causes them to shit their pants.

Overuse of the N - word?

Ever read a William Faulkner novel?

Kill all white people?

That`s a really pathetic claim.

Yeah, because of the setting, it's probably the one where he's most justified in his use of the N-word.
