Some Republicans are STILL talking about rape

Some Republicans are STILL talking about rape

A law passed in New Mexico would make it illegal for a raped woman to get an abortion, claiming that it's tampering with evidence.

They got their ass handed to them in this last election, largely because their constant talk about rape helped the democrats rally the base. Seems some of them didn't learn their lesson. If this keeps up, I see another big win for the Democrats in the 2014 midterms. Even the moderate Republicans are going to suffer from the damage these crazies are doing to the party image.

What if they caught a sexually transmitted disease? would they be banned from having it treated for the same reason?

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Quote:The bill is unlikely to pass, as Democrats have a majority in both chambers of New Mexico's state legislature.

Let the dickheads keep talking. Makes for great sound bites.

"Brown said in a statement Thursday that she introduced the bill with the goal of punishing the person who commits incest or rape and then procures or facilitates an abortion to destroy the evidence of the crime."

Oh yes, because rapists are known to procure abortions for their victims. How out of touch is this woman? Wait... hold on... a WOMAN introduced this bill! WTF.

Agreed. They are their own worst enemy.

The 'proposed law' prohibits abortions, not contraceptives.

Can you point out otherwise?
