Yes, you read that correctly; these fans are apparently cutting in protest of his marijuana usage. I'll let that sink in.

Bieber makes me sick, too, but I don't want anyone being hurt for no good reason.
Now, bald for Bieber, that was funny and other than the feelings for a bunch of adolescent girls with bad taste in music, no harm was done.

That celebrety is probably only used as an excuse by these people to "justify" their behavior in public to gain attention. And I may add that I personaly knew someone who did this, and claimed to do this for a completly different reason.
You're not the only one to live with someone who has cut themselves. So have I. I almost lost two of my best friend due to wrist cutting.
And yes, there will always be those who will seek attention with hurting themselves, that doesn't make it any less pathetic.

I knew it was because of that. If they had seen him snort coke or drive drunk I might have understood it a bit better, but for smoking a doobie? That's sick. I think that anyone who resorts to such behavior is manipulative and definitely in need of psychological help.

When you call it "pathetic" that pritty much says all about your attitude.
I might call it wrong, in the sence that someone doing this is inflicting harm on him or herself - which is wrong. But I would never call it pathetic in a way of looking down on people who do this.
When confronted with someone in need of help, my first impulse is to help, and not to look down on someone.

Maybe there is some sence of humor here which I am not getting.
I dont see how it is in anyway funny to say that people who inflict harm on themselves due to psychological disorder - should cut their throats.
Worst of all, the original post expresses this in a way meaning that they should kill themselves so they no longer bother others.
I dont tell anyone of what they can make fun of and what not.
But I have a line and when that is crossed I voice my opinion, but not tell others what to do.
And I find the original phrasing distastefull and disgusting.

haha thats pretty funny, i hope Justin keeps doing whatever is making them do this
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Before you judge me, I mean pathetic in this sense: arousing pity, esp. through vulnerability or sadness. And who said I didn't help? Do you honestly think I looked down upon my best friends hurting themselves, being condescending and not caring? Don't let your emotions get the best of you.

Of course you're entitled to voice your opinion, and I understand where the disgust comes from. My point is that I as a person who has suffered through seeing what self-destructiveness can do to people, do not mind when people make jokes like this. We all experience it differently.

I dont judge you, or at least it is not my intention, or at least it is not my intention to judge your or anyones entire character on account of one statement.
How is "someone trying to arouse pitty through vulnerbility and sadness" pathestic? If someone does this through a disorder which requires that individual to be in the center of all attention, it might be seem pathetic, but should first and for most bring forth a reaction of concern.
not amusment.

Telling someone who suffers to cut his or her throat so one is no longer bothered by that persons behavior - isnt funny.

Ah, sorry for me assuming so, you came across that way.

It is one of the definitions for pathetic, and I do feel profound pity for those who feel that they have to cut themselves.
