A lot of people are varying degrees of bi, I will agree. But some people are not attracted at all to a certain sex, or are not attracted to any sex at all. How can being "Gay" not exist when there are clearly males and females that have exclusively same sex attraction?

What hasn't been clearly demonstrated John? That there are some human beings with an attraction to one sex exclusively? You batting for both teams?

I think they demonstrate that every time but whatever. I do not think it has been clearly demonstrated that every person in bisexual - but Kinsey's research definitely revealed bisexuality to be more common than previously thought.
