wow.dll

Here's the problem: whenever I right-click anything in Windows Explorer, I get this message:
There was a problem starting C:\Users\[Insert My Username Here]\Appdata\Local\Temp\svmvhij\sosqwuu\wow.dll
The specified module could not be found.
I've tried running multiple antivirus programs (Spybot S&D, Microsoft Security Essentials, AdAware), and each time, there's been no change.
I've tried running cmd.exe, and no change. I've tried completely clearing my recent history and doing a system restore. No change.
I've tried uninstalling multiple fishy-looking programs from my computer. No change.
Finally, me and Dad installed at least three registry cleaners: EasyCleaner, RegSeeker, and Registry First Aid. Still no change.
So, I have to ask: with all this in mind, what should I do?

That looks like an orphaned reference left behind after you removed a browser redirect virus.
I'd try Malwarebytes and/or TDSSKiller. They're still pretty good at cleaning up the fragments from previously infected systems.
Edit to add: You can also check your startup entries, using regedit or msconfig. Piriform's CCleaner can make it easy to find and remove unwanted startup entries.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Go into regedit and search for that string: "svmvhij\sosqwuu\wow.dll"
Delete all references to it.
Should solve the problem, but may show you more symptoms of the infection, like... maybe... right click context menu gone... :-s

Update: After using Microsoft Safety Scanner with no results, Dad and I decided to create a new user profile. It seems like there are no problems with this user profile, so soon, I'll be importing my information over to that profile.
