Why are there so many people on this forum who require this kind of medication?

Do you really need it?
What happens if you don't use any medication?
(honest questions from an ignorant of the condition)

Natural ways to heal body and mind.
Get up before 6 am(metabolism starts to function in active level at 4 am so you need to get out of bed), right away go to shower after toilet, then drink few cups of boiled simple water, wait 30 min till water cleans body from toxins and only then eat.
Breakfest around 7 am idealy. Sweets, sweetfruits, milk products.
Lunch around 11 am ideally. Grain, beans, fruits, vegies, green salad, nuts, seeds, hot spices.
Dinner. A hot cup of milk, a bit sweet before sleep.
Minimize or remove meat from menu completely.
Add swimming or other sports to life will heal you up faster.
Fresh vegetable diet heals mind!
Chemicals stabilize one problem but create new ones.

You should see your doctor, too.

If it was for real, it would be called just be called "medicine" instead of "alternative medicine."

The actual percentage may be close to what you'd expect from a random sample. The difference between here and any random forum could be explained by the population being more accepting / understanding than average, and as a result, people feel safe to share.

Again, this is a case where an individual's experience is well, individual. Antipsychotics are used to relieve symptoms psychosis: delusion, hallucinations, and disordered thought. As the severity of those symptoms can range from very mild to profoundly life-affecting, "need" is necessarily subjective. What happens if you don't use the medication? You suffer the aforementioned symptoms, which as I said can be profoundly life-affecting.

Actually, on average most bodies are the least active around 4 am and pm.

Quote:drink few cups of boiled simple water

Why boiled? What's wrong with a nice cold glass of tap water?

Quote:Breakfest around 7 am idealy.

It all depends on your rhythm.

Quote:Sweets, sweetfruits, milk products.

Dairy? Tell those who are lactose-intolerant. And sweets for breakfast? Nah, you should eat long carbs to get you through the morning until lunch.

Quote:Lunch around 11 am ideally.

Once again, not all can be fitted into the same mold.

Quote:Grain, beans, fruits, vegies, green salad, nuts, seeds, hot spices.

This is starting to smell really Indian biased..

Quote:Add swimming or other sports to life will heal you up faster.

Well finally some truth!

Quote:Fresh vegetable diet heals mind!

So does therapy and psychopharmaca.

Quote:Chemicals stabilize one problem but create new ones.

Spoken by someone who doesn't seem to understand either anatomy or pharmaceuticals.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura
