It's my favourite song of all time.
It's indeed on the Mortal Kombat soundtrack, it's also on three or four other films, most famously including Hackers II and Mean Girls (a section of it near the end). It sends me into the Halcyon High. Fuck the 'mellow high', the Halcyon High FTW  EvF
