What's that there holding .223, boy I'm impressed, and that body armor they wear, well lets just say it wouldn't stop a around from one of my rifles. History does not bear this out as being a factual statement, it underestimates the amount of racist arseholes there are.

It depends on the circumstances. In some places, sure, the shop probably wouldn't go out of business. However, places change; if enough people moved in / out of an area to cause a shift in values, that shop wouldn't be as successful anymore.

Figures published by the German government showed that crime attributed to the far right is rising, with more than 17,000 cases last year — of which 842 were violent acts. Authorities estimate that there are more than 22,000 right-wing extremists in the country. Nearly half, around 9,800, are regarded by Germany’s security services as violent.

What are the forum thoughts on the Woolwich killing?

For those who don't know, a man was beheaded in Woolwich, London, UK in what appears to be a religio-political killing by Islamic extremists. One of the killers gave an 'interview' immediately after the killing and the video has been widely distributed (see the link).This has sparked widespread anti-islamic sentiment across the UK resulting in demonstrations by right-wing groups and counter-demonstrations by pro-islamic and human-rights groups. In the meantime, muslims across the UK (especially London) appear to be in fear of reprisals, although none have been reported yet.

For me, I'm sickened both by the killing and the bigotry.

I am truly shocked by this. Not the fact that a couple of Islamises martyred a 25 year old British Soldier out of hate - but the fact that they desecrated the corpse as well. If they were truly genuine in their reasons for brutally killing the soldier - then why did the desecrate the corpse??? What role does it have to play in war? None, that's what.

When I first heard this news, the first words out of my mouth was "fucking Islamics". It wasn't reported at that time that the perpetrators were Islamic - but it's fucking obvious. Their entire world - the entire Middle East - is disgusting, they infiltrate western cultures, don't respect the cultures they're integrated into, and then carry out terrorist activity. In my opinion - the freedom of religion notwithstanding - Islam should be Illegal. It should be declared legally to be a criminal organization.
