Abe from Oddworld.
Minsc&Boo from Baldur's Gate.
Then, Nodrom from Planescape: Torment, and Annah-of-the-Shadows, same game, and the Mercykiller guy, for his awesome lines.
And who else...Well, that's all about I can remember now.
There also is Ryu, and Gouki(Akuma) from Street Fighter series.
Another one is Iori Yagami from KOF. Genjuro Kibagami from Samurai showdown. Nakoruru too. I also kinda like Haohmaru, because he's a thoughtful swordsman, he spews sake on his sword before the fight/surgery to disinfect it.
Another memorable characters would be the maniac yakuza brawler, Yamazaki, KOF.
I also like Fio from the Metal Slug series, my favorite gal in any video game ever.
