I don't agree with this reasoning. I think it is more likely that American socioeconomic customs and conventions; its organizational structure isn't as encouraging as it could. It's a habitat who's level of complexity is relatively new and still somewhat intimidating for negro's. They are still undergoing a process of acclimatization. The American system is suited to benefit those who have higher intelligence; it has an aristocratic tendency which is unsympathetic to those who don't measure up. It's the law of the jungle where the 'jungle' has been technologically supplanted.

I don't think it is a genetic inferiority so much as it is just a new social environment that must be adapted to. I think intelligence is likely just a product of environment.

No. He's a murderer, and should be sentenced as such. He had no right to follow that kid, he'd only popped to the shops for some sweets, ffs. It's fucking tragic that he was brutally murdered for doing nothing wrong, and it's a disgrace that his killer has got off scott free. With a bit of luck, someone will recognise him in the sreet and shoot him in the fucking face.
