Hey, when the justice system fails to provide justice, then it's time for mob justice.

Beat him to death and string his body up underneath the ol' rebel flag. I wouldn't shed a single tear for him.

Wow...you guys are pretty violent to be so ardently against violence...with violent people like you roaming about and screaming for mob justice it's no wonder law abiding citizens need to arm themselves for protection...

When the law fails to provide justice, what else is left when it comes to dealing with murderers who may kill again?

Look, try and see this from Trayvon Martins point of view. You were walking down the street to get some sweets or shit idk. You somehow notice a car with a creepy looking guy inside. You realise that it has been following you for a while. Is it a cop? You don't know. You feel a little uneasy. The creepy man in the car continues to follow you. In the end you have two choices: fight or flight. You can't run away cause the other guy has a car, so you turn around to confront the guy. Make sure to look tough so he doesn't know you are scared, but really you are. If this guy was a cop he would have shown ID by now. So who is he? A kidnapper? Rapist? Mugger? Terrorist? Rival gang member? Also notice how much bigger he is than you. That scares you too. You can't run because he has a car and it looks like you won't win a fight either. He shouts and accuses you of stuff, still doesn't tell you who he is or what he wants.
I think Martins is perfectly justified in defending himself. Imagine if you replaced Martins with a woman, how different the situation would look then? Zimmerman should have gone to jail for a long time. Justice was not served.

The problem I see with this case is that the high level of emotion surrounding it caused people to ignore the facts of the case. I've watched numerous videos where people say Zimmerman ignored orders of police not to get out of his car or follow Treyvon, when in fact no such order was ever given.

We should always remember in these situations that the jury have all the evidence presented to them, and we quite frankly do not.

It's been a long time since this all kicked off, so I haven't listened to it in a long time, and I can't check it at work; but I'm sure I've listened to the call where they told him not to follow him. I'll have to look that up when I get home tonight.

There are numerous transcripts available online.

The actual words were "We don't need you to do that."

I also heard that the police dispatcher testified that they do not give orders out over the phone as a matter of policy. It takes quite a lot of messing around with semantics to argue that "We don't need you to do that" is an order, in my opinion.

There has been many versions of what Zimmerman said and did, and no one knows who started the fight. If Zimmerman did not get out of that car much better outcome, but I gotta say If someone is on top of me beating me and i fear for my life, well justice prevailed, at least according to Fl law, there were several break-ins in that last month at that complex from what i heard, so we know why Zimmerman got out of the car.

P.S. IMO don't think there be any riots at all.

RE: Zimmerman verdict: Not Guilty.
There was no reason for the entire country to get involved in this case - the media sieve and emotions are not a combination that yields justice.

I never thought he deserved a charge of 2nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter seemed more convincing. But the jury saw the evidence and reached a verdict, they could be wrong obviously but I see no reason to doubt their judgement.

And that being said, the fact that there's another case where a black woman is getting 20 years for firing a warning shot is bullshit - fucking backwards ass Florida.
