Zimmerman did not cause the fatality. Trayvon caused the fatality. By being overly aggressive and violent.
No. It is a fact that Zimmerman caused the fatality. I know this because he kind of shot the kid. You can argue that Trayvon set himself up to be shot, and that's what the evidence says and I agree with you. However, it is a fact that when you shoot and kill somebody, you're the cause of their death. Don't try to get around that.
