I guess it depends on the image you want to spread. The born again sticker says "I'm an anti-theist" more than the bad dogma one. In fact, if the bad dogma sticker doesn't have explicit religious references, it could be interpreted to be generally against dogma of any kind, not just religious.
Personally, I would never put bumper stickers on my car, but if I was in your position, I would leave the the born again one on. It's funny and irreverent, two things I enjoy.
