Okay, the government wants crime because they don't get money for stopping it? Are you just completely ignorant of the gigh costs of prisons: maintaining them structurally, paying the staff, keeping the inmates contained and alive, in addition to legal fees?

I don't really care too much about Koolay, I think that he's an easy to ignore troll, but I think to say he responds to comments is being pretty generous. His replies are barely above copy/paste jobs. Basically he just asks people for evidence and if evidence is presented he then ignores said posts and goes to one where somebody else has made any sort of uncited statement and rinses and repeats the whole process. That's a pretty trolly characteristic.

Now I would NEVER advocate banning someone for genuinely advocating an idea, no matter how outrageous and poorly thought out it is. Also if this were my forum I wouldn't ban him either, because I kind of like the shit show that he creates. It's a perverse entertainment. However I have a sinking suspicion that this is someone who is not advocating his own ideas, but rather making a mockery of a position at all of our expense. I think if it were a religious troll we would all be on it in two seconds.

And no I don't have a source for that.
