RE: What's everyone up to right now?
Just finished an online client session and I'm calling it a day. Next, I will make a quiche for dinner  Smile

A quiche for dinner, just like that, huh?
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Yup  Wink

3/4 cup milk

4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
3 cups baby spinach - wilted
1/2 cup asparagus - chopped and wilted
1 1/2 cups mushrooms - sliced and wilted
1/2 medium onion - sliced and sauteed until soft
1 tomato - chopped and de-seeded
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 frozen pie crust

Remove frozen pie crust from freezer, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and all seasonings - whisk until well blended.
Arrange vegetables (except tomatoes) evenly in the empty pie crust.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over vegetables.
Sprinkle chopped tomato evenly over the cheese.
Pour custard (eggs, milk and seasonings) into the pie crust, evenly covering all ingredients.
Place the raw quiche on a baking sheet and put it into the oven for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the quiche and the baking sheet and wrap the crust edges with foil to prevent over-cooking.
Place the quiche back in the oven for 10 minutes.
After this 10 minutes, turn the quiche and set the timer for another 13 minutes.
The quiche is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Nothing like a good ol' spot of rain.

In the same sense that there's nothing like a touch of the clap.

LOL

I like the rain less than I used to. It used to refresh me. But, I did associate it with happiness because it meant I didn't have to go out shopping with my mom as a kid LOL

It rains here all the fucking time - more than London, Dublin, or Edinburgh.
