Just finished running a couple pieces of curly maple through my drum sander to reduce the thickness. What a mess of dust. I'm going to start buying wood that is the correct thickness to start with.

My wife had a nasty slip-and-fall yesterday, we were expecting a torn knee ligament but it turns out to be "just" a bad sprain and hairline femur fracture.
