I was just checking the point spreads for the weekend game - I expected that the biggest spread would be for New Orleans @ Atlanta.

It isn't. It's for a lowly 2-8 team (Houston), beating up on a lowly 1-9 team (Jacksonville).

Yes, Jacksonville, you really are that terrible - even the other terrible teams beat you up for your lunch money.

I wanted to pick the Redskins. I hate the 49ers. I would have picked the Redskins if not for one thing.

I agree they suck this year, but cornered cats at home can be a beast. 3 teams found that out.

Back in the early 90s we went 1-15 the one team was Dallas. I know you are playing the odds, and don't blame you. But out of all our games this one actually scares me less, regardless of likelihood. Plus no team likes losing twice in one year to a division rival and I am sure we are pissed about losing the second game to the Eagles last week.

This one would not shock me either way.

Nor would it completely surprise me. SF isn't *that* good, really. They beat bad to average teams and lose to good ones.

I'd love to see them get embarrassed on the road, and I'd really love to seem them knocked out of the wildcard race.
