Another Nobel Prize Announced
for real scientists.

http://apnews.excite.com/article/2013100...66N01.html

Quote: STOCKHOLM (AP) - Nearly 50 years after they came up with the theory, but little more than a year since the world's biggest atom smasher delivered the proof, Britain's Peter Higgs and Belgian colleague Francois Englert won the Nobel Prize in physics Tuesday for helping to explain how matter formed after the Big Bang.

Working independently in the 1960s, they came up with a theory for how the fundamental building blocks of the universe clumped together, gained mass and formed everything we see around us today. The theory hinged on the existence of a subatomic particle that came to be called the Higgs boson - or the "God particle."

I wonder if the creatards have invented an award for their bullshit?

I know what trophy they can use.

It's the Hovind prize.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

Cool, indeed.

There are religious scientists, but it's a bit of a head scratcher as to how they reconcile their faith beliefs (creationism) against science. There are some creationists who also support evolution, but they can't support it completely. There are too many fundamental differences between the two to have them gel together. So, just makes you wonder how a scientist doesn't divorce his faith in pursuit of real scientific theories.
