Hey Zazzy,

It appears you may have stumbled across unique behaviour amongst budgies - or rather a first time observation. I just googled "what animals display homosexual behaiour?"

I got a link to a wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ani...vior#Birds and budgies aren't there.

Might be worth reporting on.

I accidentally discovered the other day that parakeets like chocolate, but chocolate is a great big no-no for birds- it could really harm them. I suppose the fact that I do not put Hershey bars in their cage, even though I know they'd eat them and be harmed, is also evidence of god-like oppression.

That's odd- the bird websites and forums are full of these stories. I will indeed report it- I've been trying to video them, but if I get the camera close enough they get shy, so I can't prove it. I am SOOO perverted- trying to make bird porn is probably a gateway behavior to bigger psychosexual problems.

***Edit: Glad to know Wiki's on it already, but sorry to lose my chance to be a famous bird pornographer.
