On the IRC channel that I moderate, we had a moderator from, if I recall right, Azerbaijan, and so his understanding of idiomatic English was far from perfect. One of the other moderators said, "I can't buy a new router because I be po." The Azerbaijani asked, "What mean po?" We cracked up.
