Beats me. I sure as hell don't, and wouldn't want to. I do use it anywhere from 2-6 nights a week so that pain doesnt keep me awake. I want to keep working, so I stay sober during the day and use it to manage the pain at night - so I can be productive and support myself. The alternative would be to go on disability, which I would prefer not to do.
