Cultures govern human life, according to the community's values.

This sounds like another simplistic, semi-ludicrous thread that is only going to get more and more absurd as it goes on.
Cultures or a culture? If it is cultures that govern the whole order of things on earth, then one may ask how many cultures it is, just in case to be sure. Why not the politics or the frigging economics? What about the USA? May be the the Rothschild family? How about the laws of theNewton Physics? eh?

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Of course. Probably explains why he doesn't post here anymore. Far too busy.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

"who"?
Barack Obama Tongue

Perhaps Angela Merkl...

I honestly can't see a human being as governing "the whole order of things on Earth"... The question seems stupid...

Look at natural alpha. He knows he runs the show. And other world leaders look like they accept it. On a serious note if you think Barack controls your life you are hopeless.
