It is not our job to disprove a claim that you are making. That shouldn't be hard to understand.
If I said I had a million dollars in my bank account, and you didn't believe it, wouldn't it be MY job to prove to YOU that I did have the million in my bank account?
Wouldn't it seem off if I told you to prove that I didn't have the million in my bank account? How would it be possible for you to disprove the claim that I made?

Life ends when your brain and your organs fail to function enough to keep your body living. Life is finite if you look at it that way.
But as far as the afterlife goes, I'm not too sure. I'm not sure if our consciousness continues after our brains die. It's a mystery to everyone as of right now. Hopefully in the future science will shed some light on the afterlife and give us a definitive answer.
