EVERYTHING THE RELIGIOUS CLAIM IS PROVEN FALSE

Big difference is that science has an in-built mechanism for correcting errors, false data or deliberate lies. There is nothing in religion that even comes close.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
In fact, just the opposite. The scientific paradigm is about trying to DISPROVE your hypothesis. The religious paradigm is based around confirmation bias.
However, to the majority, science is counter intuitive. Perhaps that's why religion is so pervasive. Science sets itself rules to follow. Religion does not.

I don't worship science, as many a theist has accused me, but I do get a semi when I read a really well constructed piece of research. One or two pieces have actually caused me to jazz myself.

And the less well known but even cleverer follow up. Some people have brains you just want to remove from their heads and cuddle for being so beautiful. That sounded a bit deranged didn't it...
