Its a 100 post rule. Just because we get a lot of spammers

Just incase anyone is interested I was curious and looked up the video on YT
As far I'm concerned that video is so shitty it could be anything.

That's the video?
All I see are.... lights. Like, lights I'd see on any old building. 
I'm not an expert on these things, but is it "possible" it's St Elmo's Fire?

Given the excellent High Definition quality, that could Marvin the Martian doing a strip dance Christmas lights for all I can see. I suggest look it up on YT though there is a million of these kind of videos.
