The problem I find with studies in relation to food and nutrition/health, is that they are constantly waffling.
One year, eggs are good for you. The next, they are bad for you. A couple of months later, eggs are good for you again. Till their bad for you again.
One year, coffee is good for you. The next, it is bad for you. A few months later, coffee is good for you again. Till it is bad for you again.
Etc.

Red wine is always good for you. And it goes with bacon.
Then again bacon goes with everything.

I shudder to think how shortened my lifespan would have been had I not forced myself to consume so much coffee, alcohol and bacon. Peanuts, too. Hell, I'd probably already have been dead for a decade!!

“Oh... and Bacon Surprise.'
REALLY? WHAT IS SO SURPRISING ABOUT BACON?

Obvious answer is obvious. Cherry-pick the results.
I'm going with bacon and eggs being good for me. And wheat toast. With butter.
