I said torture was clearly defined by our laws and as such waterboarding is torture, obvious by the definitions provided in the law. Nobody disagrees except the neo-cons such as yourself. It is on you to show that waterboarding is not torture, as it had been recognized by the U.S. and the rest of the Western world to be before Bush.
