Yes, crass and vulgar it can be.

But, when a younger person (I'm thinking of one my own kids) watches something like Super Best Friends and there is Jesus right alongside Buddha, Moses, Krishna et al, hopefully he is picking up on Jesus' inclusion as one of those Super Best Friends. Jesus is like Krishna?

I blame my kids for turning me into a SP fan. Couldn't be helped as I'm smart-alec sum bitch by nature.

One of my favourite shows. Deals with very serious issues in an amusing and incisive way.

Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken."

Super Best Friends was great. I also love the episode in which it is revealed that God is a Buddhist and only Mormons get into Heaven.

Quote:23% of Americans say they are "not at all" religious, a figure that has nearly doubled since 2007, when it was 12%

I like this very much. It shows how the stranglehold the religious have had on this country is losing its grasp. I would love to see all the numbers in another 5 years.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

In 1990 there was 14.2 million Atheists (not sure what percentage) now a quarter of the country, What's that about 75 million, wow what an improvement. I will say it again , in 15 to 20 years those numbers will be shocking. Soon we won't be a minority anymore, the Christians will be.
