Not a baby. Doesn't matter.

Although I agree it is not a baby it certainly matters. It is a potential baby and if the fetus is not aborted and intended to be birthed then IMHO the Mother has a duty of care to protect what will be a human baby.

And your logic kind of falls apart because, typically, typically now, doctors aren't allowed to perform random amputations without a medical reason, regardless of the prospective patient's choice. Dodgy
