Tomorrow and wednesday it's supposed to be down in the 20'sF -5C

We only get about 2 weeks of really cold weather a year. it is like it was today most of the year.

It's cold it's about 12° out but I'm used to it, i'm from Ohio where it gets below freezing all the time. Thank goodness for longjohns And footie pajamas. We have to keep leaking the faucets every few hours so the pipes don't freeze. I'm living off turkey sausage and package crackers at the moment because it's too cold to cook.

Fahrenheit measurement makes me shiver more than the cold...
I figured it out with a converter, apparently 0C is 32F, and from there you add 1.8 for each degree C. Who the fuck came up with that?

But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

Apparently, one Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit (1686–1736) proposed a scale in 1724, upon which the one we all know and love is based.

It's interesting, isn't it, that those of us who use both scales tend to use Celsius when it's cold ("It's minus 6 out there!") and Fahrenheit when it's hot ("It's over 90 degrees in the shade!")
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
